The successful candidate will be responsible for developing talented junior players through professional, structured and age-appropriate tennis programmes.
The position requires a coach with professional experience at ITF level or above and at least five years of coaching experience. The coach should have a strong understanding of junior player development and modern tennis training methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver professional tennis sessions for high-level junior players aged 8–12.
- Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities.
- Create structured short-term and long-term development programmes.
- Monitor player progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Prepare junior players for competitive tournaments.
- Provide professional feedback and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high professional coaching standards on and off the court.

- 提高球员的技术、战术、体能和心理能力。
- 制定系统的短期及长期球员发展计划。

Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years
- Languages: English
- Professional playing or coaching experience at ITF level or above.
- At least five years of professional tennis coaching experience.
- Proven experience coaching junior players, preferably between 8 and 12 years old.
- Strong knowledge of junior player development.
- Excellent technical and tactical understanding of modern tennis.
- Ability to create structured and age-appropriate training programmes.
- Professional, responsible, patient and highly motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
