Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the organisation’s tennis programme
• Develop and implement a high-performance coaching strategy
• Manage, mentor and evaluate the tennis coaching team
• Plan and supervise advanced training programmes for competitive players
• Oversee player development, tournament preparation and performance assessments
• Deliver high-level individual and group tennis coaching sessions
• Establish professional coaching standards and training methods
• Communicate with players, coaches, parents and management
• Create a professional, disciplined and performance-focused tennis environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Current or former ATP ranking of 150 or better — mandatory
• Professional tennis playing background
• Significant experience as a Tennis Director, Head Coach or High-Performance Tennis Coach
• Proven experience developing competitive and professional players
• Strong knowledge of advanced tennis technique, tactics and tournament preparation
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
• Professional, responsible and performance-focused approach
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Guangzhou, China
