Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-performance individual and group tennis sessions
• Develop personalised training programmes for competitive players
• Provide advanced technical, tactical and match-play coaching
• Assess player performance and adjust training programmes based on progress and regular feedback
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches
• Support players’ physical, mental and professional development
• Maintain a disciplined, positive and professional training environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• ATP ranking history — mandatory
• University degree — mandatory
• Professional tennis playing background
• Previous experience coaching competitive tennis players
• Strong knowledge of advanced tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Excellent communication, leadership and motivational skills
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Xi’an, China
• Eligibility to obtain a Chinese work visa
• Availability to sign a one-year employment contract
