World Pro Coach (WPC) is recruiting a Tennis Director / Head Coach for an academy in Shenzhen, China. This role combines on-court coaching with leadership of the coaching team and development of the academy’s tennis program.

- Monthly workload: 160 hours total — 130 hours on court and 30 hours of administrative work

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academy’s tennis programe and set coaching standards.
- Deliver high-quality individual and group training.
- Supervise, mentor and coordinate the coaching team.
- Develop training plans and monitor player progress.
- Oversee court schedules, programe planning and coaching reports.
- Communicate professionally with players, parents and academy management.
- Support the development of competitive players and academy programs.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years
- Languages: English
- Substantial tennis coaching experience, including leadership or Head Coach responsibilities.
- Strong on-court coaching and player-development skills.
- Ability to manage a coaching team and organize a structured programe.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and a professional approach.
