We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Fitness Coach for an exciting international coaching position in Shenzhen, China.
The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of USD 3,600, free accommodation, Chinese work visa sponsorship and one round-trip flight. The position includes 150 working hours per month and a one-year employment contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver safe, effective and engaging personal and group fitness sessions
• Create personalised training programmes based on clients’ goals, abilities and fitness levels
• Provide professional fitness coaching, exercise guidance and ongoing client support
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and the safe use of gym equipment
• Monitor client performance and progress and adjust training programmes when required
• Motivate clients to achieve their health, fitness and performance goals
• Maintain a positive, professional and safe fitness training environment
• Work a total of 150 hours per month
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Recognised Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer or sports coaching qualification
• Previous professional experience in fitness coaching or personal training
• Strong knowledge of exercise programming, training techniques and fitness safety
• Ability to lead individual and group fitness sessions
• Excellent communication, coaching and motivational skills
• Professional, responsible and client-focused approach
• Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen, China
• Eligibility to obtain a Chinese work visa
• Availability to sign a one-year employment contract
