FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced Head Padel Coach for an international padel opportunity in Istanbul, Turkey.
The selected coach will lead and develop the padel programme, supervise coaching activities and ensure that all training sessions are delivered according to high professional standards.
The role combines padel coaching, player development, programme management, staff leadership and support for the continued growth of the organisation.
This position is suitable for an ambitious padel professional seeking an international leadership opportunity in one of the world’s most exciting cities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, organise and supervise the overall padel programme.
- Plan and deliver individual and group padel sessions.
- Develop programmes for juniors, adults and competitive players.
- Establish structured player-development pathways.
- Supervise coaching staff and maintain professional training standards.
- Design weekly, monthly and seasonal training programmes.
- Monitor player progress and provide professional feedback.
- Organise padel camps, clinics, tournaments and special events.
- Support player recruitment, participation and programme growth.
- Cooperate closely with management and other coaching staff.
- Maintain a professional, positive and motivating training environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven professional padel coaching experience.
- Previous experience in a Head Coach or leadership position is preferred.
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern padel.
- Ability to develop players of different ages and playing levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
- Recognised padel coaching qualifications are preferred.
- Available to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Monthly salary: €3,000–€5,000
- Accommodation: Paid accommodation provided
- Work visa: Full work visa sponsorship
