World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced Head Tennis Coach for an international tennis coaching position in Chongqing, China.

The position is designed for a former professional tennis player with a career-high ATP singles ranking inside the Top 200 and strong experience in professional or high-performance tennis.

The Head Tennis Coach will be responsible for leading high-level tennis training, supporting player development and maintaining professional coaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead professional and high-performance tennis training sessions.
2. Develop individual and group training programmes.
3. Create structured player-development plans.
4. Monitor player progress and performance.
5. Provide technical, tactical and match-play development.
6. Support competitive players in achieving performance goals.
7. Maintain high professional coaching standards.
8. Work closely with coaching staff and management.

Candidate Requirements

1. Former ATP Top 200 singles ranking required.
2. Professional playing background.
3. Strong knowledge of high-performance tennis.
4. Previous coaching experience preferred.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Professional attitude and ability to work in an international environment.
7. Willingness to relocate to Chongqing, China.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: €7,000–€8,000 net per month (after tax)
