Head Tennis Coach Job in Istanbul, Turkey
World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced Head Tennis Coach for an international tennis coaching opportunity in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Head Tennis Coach will be responsible for the leadership, organization and development of the academy’s tennis programme. The role combines coaching leadership, staff management, player development, programme planning and operational responsibilities.
This position is suitable for an experienced tennis professional looking for a senior Head Tennis Coach job in Turkey within an international academy environment.
Head Tennis Coach Responsibilities
- Lead, organize and supervise all tennis programmes and coaching activities.
- Manage, support and mentor the tennis coaching team.
- Develop training programmes for junior, adult, recreational and competitive players.
- Monitor player development, progress and performance.
- Support membership growth and retention through high-quality coaching services.
- Organize internal tennis events, camps and tournaments.
- Coordinate with academy management regarding scheduling, budgets and operational planning.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and player satisfaction.
- Support efficient court utilization and programme organization.
- Assist with talent identification and player-development pathways.
- Represent the academy professionally in interactions with members, guests, federations and partners.
Working Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 1 day off per week
The monthly workload includes both on-court coaching and off-court responsibilities.
The exact working schedule will be agreed according to the academy programme, operational requirements and seasonal demand.
Contract Duration
The position is offered on an annual contract basis.
The contract may be renewed each year based on performance evaluation and mutual agreement between the coach and the academy.
Salary
€2,000–€4,000 per month
The final salary will depend on the selected candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and coaching level.
