Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage professional tennis coaching programmes
• Plan and deliver high-level individual and group tennis sessions
• Develop personalised training programmes based on players’ goals, abilities and competitive levels
• Provide technical, tactical, physical and mental coaching support
• Assess player performance and adjust training programmes based on regular evaluations
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches
• Monitor player development and maintain detailed progress records
• Mentor other tennis coaches and support the development of coaching standards
• Maintain a professional, positive and high-performance training environment
• Work a total of 150 hours per month
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Current or former ATP ranking of around 800
• Professional tennis playing background
• Previous experience as a Head Tennis Coach or high-performance Tennis Coach
• Strong knowledge of advanced tennis techniques, tactics and player development
• Experience coaching competitive players and preparing them for tournaments
• Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills
• Professional, responsible and performance-focused approach
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen, China
• Eligibility to obtain a Chinese work visa
• Availability to sign a one-year employment contract
