World Pro Coach (WPC) is recruiting a Head Tennis Coach in Wuning, China. The academy is seeking a coach with a previous ATP ranking who can lead training, guide other coaches and support player development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the academy’s tennis coaching program and set training standards.
- Deliver individual and group sessions.
- Develop training plans and monitor player progress.
- Guide the coaching team and coordinate daily training.
- Prepare competitive players for matches and tournaments.
- Communicate with players, parents and academy management.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- Languages: English
- Previous ATP ranking.
- Strong tennis coaching and player development experience.
- Ability to lead a coaching team and organize a structured training program.
- Professional communication and a reliable approach to work.
Salary & benefits

- Salary: EUR 6,000 per month
The package includes €6,000 per month, paid accommodation, work visa support, a paid round-trip flight, accident insurance and meals at the club. The coach receives 10 days of paid annual leave under a one-year contract.
