High Performance Tennis Coach Job in Wuhan, China
World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced High Performance Tennis Coach for an international coaching position in Wuhan, China.
The coach will work primarily with the academy’s competitive junior players aged 12–18, focusing on high-performance player development, technical and tactical improvement, match preparation and competitive progression.
This position is ideal for a professional tennis coach with experience working with junior tournament players and athletes competing at regional, national or international level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-performance tennis training for competitive players aged 12–18.
- Develop individual and group training programmes.
- Improve technical, tactical, physical and match-play performance.
- Create structured player-development plans.
- Monitor player progress and competitive results.
- Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with academy management and other coaching staff.
- Maintain high professional coaching and training standards.
Working Schedule
- 150 total working hours per month
- 6 working days per week
- 1 day off per week
The exact weekly schedule will be arranged according to the academy programme, tournament calendar and player-development requirements.
Salary
€3,000–€4,000 per month
The final salary will depend on the selected coach’s qualifications, professional experience and coaching background.
