World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced High Performance Tennis Coach for an international tennis opportunity in Shenzhen, China.
The selected coach will be responsible for delivering structured high-performance training and supporting the technical, tactical, physical and mental development of competitive tennis players.
This position is suitable for a motivated tennis professional seeking a well-paid international coaching opportunity within a professional training environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Plan and deliver high-performance tennis training sessions.
● Develop individual players
● Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
● Evaluate player development and monitor training progress.
● Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
● Conduct match analysis and provide professional feedback
● Maintain high professional coaching and training standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
● Proven experience working with competitive tennis players.
● Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis.
● Ability to create structured player-development programmes.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
● Available to relocate to Shenzhen, China.
● Recognized tennis coaching qualifications are preferred.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
● Monthly salary: €6,000 after tax
● Accommodation: Paid accommodation provided
