FULL JOB DESCRIPTION


World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced and motivated Tennis Coach for an international coaching position in Jinan, China.

The selected coach will be responsible for planning and delivering structured tennis sessions for players of different ages and ability levels. The coach should provide a professional training environment and support players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental development.

This one-year position is suitable for a responsible tennis professional seeking a stable international coaching opportunity with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Plan and deliver individual and group tennis sessions.
  2. Create structured training programmes for players of different levels.
  3. Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
  4. Evaluate player development and monitor training progress.
  5. Prepare players for matches and competitions when required.
  6. Provide professional feedback, encouragement and motivation.
  7. Maintain a safe, positive and productive training environment.
  8. Communicate professionally with players, parents and academy management.
  9. Follow the academy’s schedule, coaching programme and professional standards.


CANDIDATE PROFILE


  1. Previous professional experience as a Tennis Coach.
  2. Strong technical and tactical knowledge of tennis.
  3. Ability to work with players of different ages and ability levels.
  4. Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
  6. Able to work effectively within an international academy environment.
  7. Available to relocate to Jinan, China.
  8. Recognised tennis coaching qualifications are preferred.


SALARY AND BENEFITS


  1. Monthly salary: €3,000–€4,000
  2. Accommodation: Furnished apartment provided
  3. Work visa: Full work visa sponsorship
  4. Flight: Round-trip flight ticket provided
  5. Workload: 150 hours per month
  6. Schedule: Six working days per week with one day off
  7. Annual leave: 10 paid days and 10 additional unpaid days
  8. Contract: One-year employment contract
