High Performance Tennis Coach

World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced High Performance Tennis Coach for an international coaching position in Hohhot, China.

The successful candidate will work with competitive players and deliver structured high-performance training focused on technical, tactical, physical and mental development.

This opportunity is intended for a former ATP-ranked player with professional coaching experience and a completed university degree.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and deliver high-performance tennis training sessions.
2. Develop individual training programmes for competitive players.
3. Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
4. Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
5. Monitor player development and evaluate training progress.
6. Conduct match analysis and provide professional feedback.
7. Maintain high professional coaching and training standards.
8. Cooperate with academy management, coaches and support staff.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous ATP ranking history as a professional player.
2. Completed university degree.
3. Proven experience coaching competitive tennis players.
4. Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
7. Available to relocate to Hohhot, China.

Candidates must provide evidence of their ATP ranking history and university degree.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

1. Monthly salary: €5,000 after tax
2. Accommodation: Paid accommodation provided
3. Work visa: Full work visa sponsorship
4. Flight: Round-trip flight ticket provided
