FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced Professional Tennis Coach for an international coaching opportunity in Hong Kong.
The selected coach will be responsible for delivering structured individual and group tennis sessions, supporting player development and maintaining high professional coaching standards.
This position is suitable for a motivated and experienced tennis professional seeking a well-paid international coaching opportunity in one of Asia’s leading sports markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Plan and deliver individual and group tennis lessons.
● Create structured training programmes for players of different ages and levels.
● Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
● Monitor player development and provide professional feedback.
● Prepare competitive players for tournaments and matches.
● Maintain a safe, organised and professional training environment.
● Communicate effectively with players, parents and academy management.
● Represent the academy professionally on and off the court.
WORKING CONDITIONS
● Monthly workload: 130 working hours
● Additional hours: €60 per additional working hour
● Location: Hong Kong
● Relocation: Candidate must be available to relocate to Hong Kong
CANDIDATE PROFILE
● Proven professional tennis coaching experience.
● Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis.
● Experience working with individual players and group programmes.
● Ability to develop players of different ages and competitive levels.
● Excellent communication and organisational skills.
● Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
● Recognised tennis coaching qualifications are preferred.
● Available to relocate to Hong Kong.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
● Monthly salary: €7,000
● Additional working hours: €60 per hour
● Work visa: Full visa sponsorship provided
● Flight: Round-trip flight ticket provided
