World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced High Performance Tennis Coach for a professional tennis academy in Beijing, China.
The selected coach will be responsible for developing competitive junior players, preparing athletes for ITF Junior tournaments and providing high-level technical, tactical, physical and mental coaching.
This position requires an experienced tennis professional with an international competitive playing background and proven experience working as a traveling or touring coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-performance individual and group tennis sessions.
- Develop competitive junior players for ITF Junior tournaments.
- Create structured short-term and long-term player-development programmes.
- Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
- Prepare players for national and international tournaments.
- Travel with academy players to tournaments and training camps.
- Provide match analysis, performance evaluations and professional feedback.
- Monitor player progress and communicate with academy management.
- Maintain high professional standards on and off the court.
- Complete a monthly workload of 160 working hours.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Extensive experience coaching and developing ITF Junior players.
- International competitive playing background in ITF Juniors and/or ATP/WTA competition.
- Proven experience working as a traveling or touring tennis coach.
- Strong understanding of modern high-performance player development.
- Ability and willingness to travel with academy players.
- Available to work 160 hours per month.
- Ready to relocate to Beijing immediately.
- Professional, responsible, organised and highly motivated.
- Candidates aged 30+ or above are preferred.
- Preference may be given to nationalities eligible for visa-free entry to China, subject to applicable immigration and employment requirements.
