World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced High Performance Tennis Coach for a short-term international coaching position in Hefei, China.
The selected coach will work with competitive tennis players and deliver structured high-performance training focused on technical, tactical, physical and mental development.
This position is suitable for a former ATP-ranked player with strong coaching experience who is available to relocate to Hefei for a period of 30–45 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-performance tennis training sessions.
- Develop individual training programmes for competitive players.
- Improve players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental performance.
- Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
- Conduct match analysis and provide professional feedback.
- Monitor player development and evaluate training progress.
- Maintain high professional coaching and training standards.
- Cooperate with academy management and other coaching staff.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Previous ATP ranking history.
- Professional tennis coaching experience.
- Experience working with competitive or high-performance players.
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
- Available to relocate to Hefei, China, for 30–45 days.
