An international opportunity is available for an ITF Level High Performance Tennis Coach in Dongguan, China, Asia. The selected coach will work with competitive players and deliver high-performance tennis training focused on technical, tactical, physical and match-play development.
This tennis coaching job in China offers a monthly salary of €3,000–€4,000 after tax. Accommodation, a Chinese work visa and one round-trip flight ticket are fully paid.
The position includes 150 working hours per month across six working days per week, with 10 days of paid leave.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-performance individual and group tennis sessions
• Develop personalised training programmes for competitive players
• Provide advanced technical, tactical, physical and match-play coaching
• Assess player performance and adjust training programmes based on regular evaluations
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches
• Monitor players’ long-term development and progress
• Maintain a disciplined, positive and professional training environment
Requirements
• ITF High Performance coaching qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience coaching competitive tennis players
• Strong knowledge of advanced tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Experience preparing players for tournaments and competitive matches
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Professional, responsible and performance-focused approach
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Dongguan, China
• Eligibility to obtain a Chinese work visa
