Key Responsibilities
- Coach junior players through individual and group sessions.
- Build training plans that address each player’s technical and tactical needs.
- Prepare players for matches and junior tournaments.
- Review match performance and track player development.
- Work with the academy’s coaching team to maintain consistent training standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years
- Languages: English
- ITF coaching qualification.
- Experience coaching competitive junior tennis players.
- Strong knowledge of junior player development and tournament preparation.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach to coaching.
