World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced Padel Coach to join an international coaching team at a prestigious sports club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will deliver private and semi-private sessions, academy programmes, clinics, Ladies Morning sessions and other club activities. This position is suitable for a professional coach with a strong playing background, at least four years of coaching experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The coach must be confident working with individual clients and groups of different ages and playing levels while consistently providing a premium coaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional private and semi-private padel sessions.
- Coach academy players of different ages and ability levels.
- Lead Ladies Morning programmes, clinics and group activities.
- Plan structured, engaging and progressive training sessions.
- Provide technical, tactical and match-play instruction.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Build positive relationships with club members and academy players.
- Support club events, competitions and promotional activities.
- Cooperate effectively with the international coaching team and club management.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years
- Languages: English
- Minimum of four years of professional padel coaching experience.
- Strong competitive playing background.
- Proven experience working as both a padel player and coach.
- Advanced professional English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver private, semi-private and group programmes.
- Professional, energetic, reliable and highly motivated.
- Strong customer-service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work successfully within an international coaching team.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and commit to a two-year contract.
