We are looking for an experienced tennis coach to train our three daughters, ages 11, 10, and 8, in the United States. Our 11-year-old is a competitive junior player preparing for the Junior Orange Bowl at the end of December. The coach should have experience in junior player development, tournament preparation, technique, fitness, match strategy, and mental training. A live-in option with private accommodation is available. Competitive compensation is negotiable based on experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized tennis training programs for three girls aged 8, 10, and 11.

• Prepare the 11-year-old competitive player for the Junior Orange Bowl and junior Grand Slam

• Provide technical, tactical, fitness, footwork, match-play, and mental training.

• Provide age-appropriate tennis development for the 8- and 10-year-old players.

• Organize practice matches and assist with tournament preparation and match analysis.

• Monitor each player’s progress and communicate regularly with the parents.

• Accompany the players to tournaments when agreed and required.

• Maintain a safe, positive, disciplined, and encouraging training environment.

Requirements

  • Languages: Chinese (Mandarin), English

• Proven experience coaching junior tennis players, preferably competitive players.

• Strong knowledge of junior player development and tournament preparation.

• Professional tennis coaching certification, such as PTR, USPTA, ITF, or equivalent, is preferred.

• Patient, reliable, responsible, energetic, and excellent with children.

• English communication skills.

• Willing to work flexible hours and travel to tournaments when required.

• Willing to relocate or travel to the United States and able to meet applicable visa and work authorization requirements.

• References from previous players, academies, or families are preferred.

• Willing to complete a background check.

Salary & benefits

  • Salary: USD 4,000 per month

Private live-in accommodation and meals are provided. Competitive salary based on experience. Tournament-related travel expenses will be covered when traveling with the players.
