An international opportunity is available for a Professional Tennis Coach in Dubai, UAE. The position offers a structured working environment and practical support to help the selected coach settle and develop a successful tennis coaching career in Dubai.
The compensation includes an AED 4,000 basic monthly salary, paid throughout all 12 months of the year, plus AED 80 for every hour worked. The two-year contract also includes premium medical insurance, a fully paid employment visa and 30 days of paid annual leave.
The probation period is a maximum of 30 days. The initial assessment is usually completed within the first 7–14 days, allowing both parties to decide whether to continue.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver individual and group tennis coaching sessions
• Work with players of different ages and ability levels
• Develop training programmes based on each player’s goals and performance
• Teach tennis technique, tactics, movement and match play
• Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain a safe, professional and positive coaching environment
• Represent the organisation professionally on and off the court
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Recognised tennis coaching qualification
• Previous professional tennis coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Professional, reliable and client-focused approach
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
• Availability to sign a two-year employment contract
• Eligibility to obtain a UAE employment visa
