World Pro Coach seeks an experienced ITF Level Senior Tennis Coach in Jinan, China, to lead training, mentor coaches and prepare junior players for competition.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individual and group tennis sessions.
- Assess players and set measurable development goals.
- Prepare junior players for matches and tournaments.
- Review match play and adapt training plans.
- Share coaching guidance with other members of the academy team.
- Communicate clearly with players, parents and academy management.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- Languages: English
- ITF coaching qualification.
- Substantial experience coaching junior or competitive tennis players.
- Ability to plan progressive training and give useful player feedback.
- Confidence supporting other coaches in a senior role.
