FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

World Pro Coach is recruiting an experienced and motivated Tennis Coach for an international coaching opportunity on Hainan Island, China.

The selected coach will be responsible for planning and delivering structured tennis sessions for players of different ages and ability levels. The role requires strong technical knowledge, professional communication skills and the ability to create a positive and productive training environment.

This position is suitable for a tennis professional seeking an international coaching career in one of China’s leading tropical destinations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and deliver individual and group tennis sessions.
2. Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities.
3. Create structured training programmes based on players’ ages and levels.
4. Evaluate player development and monitor training progress.
5. Prepare players for matches and competitions when required.
6. Provide professional feedback and motivation.
7. Maintain a safe, positive and professional training environment.
8. Communicate effectively with players, parents and academy management.
9. Follow the academy’s coaching program and professional standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Previous professional experience as a Tennis Coach.
2. Strong technical and tactical knowledge of tennis.
3. Ability to work with players of different ages and ability levels.
4. Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
5. Professional, responsible and highly motivated.
6. Able to work effectively within an international environment.
7. Available to relocate to Hainan Island, China.
8. Recognized tennis coaching qualifications are preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

1. Monthly salary: €3,000 after tax
2. Accommodation: Paid accommodation provided
3. Work visa: Full work visa sponsorship
4. Flight: Round-trip flight ticket provided
