1. Working Hours Arrangement


Weekdays (Monday to Friday):
Flexible class scheduling between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, based on students' booked sessions.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday):
Flexible class scheduling between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, based on students' booked sessions.
Days Off:
One fixed rest day per week (can be on weekdays, excluding Saturday and Sunday).


2. Salary and Teaching Hour Structure


Base Salary:
Minimum guaranteed monthly salary: RMB 18,000, corresponding to 120 standard teaching hours per month (including teaching time).
Overtime Bonus:
For hours exceeding 120 per month, RMB 200/hour will be paid.
Non-peak seasons: Typically 20–40 additional hours per month.
Peak seasons (summer and winter holidays): About 40 additional hours per month.
Monthly Salary Potential:
Total salary may reach up to RMB 26,000/month, depending on the actual number of hours taught.
Salary Payment Rules:
Total monthly teaching hours generally do not exceed 160 hours (extra hours subject to coach’s voluntary agreement).


3. Benefits


Accommodation:
Free dormitory provided (meals not included).
Flight Reimbursement:
After 6 months of employment, reimbursement of a one-way domestic flight to China upon onboarding.
4. Sick Leave and Salary Deduction Policy
Short-Term Sick Leave:
≤2 days: 50% deduction from base salary for the corresponding days.
3–9 days: 60% deduction from base salary for the corresponding days.
Over 9 days: 80% deduction from base salary for the corresponding days.
Long-Term Sick Leave:
For continuous sick leave of ≥1 month, or accumulated sick leave of ≥1 month within a year,
salary during leave will be paid at 80% of Beijing’s minimum wage standard.
