The selected coach will deliver private, semi-private and group tennis lessons, with guaranteed access to a dedicated court at a private coaching location.
This tennis coaching job offers a fixed monthly salary of HKD 35,000 before tax covering the first 120 coaching hours. From hour 121 onwards, additional coaching hours are paid at HKD 600 for private lessons, HKD 650 for semi-private lessons and groups of three, and HKD 700 for groups of four or more. All additional hourly rates are before tax.
The package includes 7 days of paid annual leave and an additional two weeks of unpaid annual leave per year.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver private, semi-private and group tennis lessons
• Develop training programmes suited to players’ abilities and goals
• Teach tennis technique, tactics, movement and match play
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create engaging sessions for different group sizes
• Communicate professionally with players and the coaching team
• Maintain a safe, organised and positive coaching environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Previous tennis coaching experience
• Experience delivering individual and group tennis lessons
• Strong knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Ability to adapt training sessions to different abilities and group sizes
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Professional, reliable and client-focused approach
• Ability to coach and communicate in English
• Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong
