Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group tennis coaching.
- Plan sessions suited to players’ levels and development goals.
- Help players improve their technique, tactics and match performance.
- Communicate professionally with players, parents and the coaching team.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Strong tennis playing and coaching skills.
- Experience developing players through structured training.
- Professional communication and a reliable approach to work.
- Previous ATP ranking is a plus.

- Salary: EUR 7,000 per month
The base salary is €7,000 per month for 120 hours. Additional work is paid at €60 per hour, creating the potential to earn approximately €9,000 per month when sufficient additional hours are available.
The package includes a paid round-trip flight, health insurance and visa sponsorship. Accommodation is not paid for by the employer. Coaches do not work on public holidays and receive 7 days of paid annual leave.
