This tennis coaching job offers a salary of €3,500–€4,000 per month after tax. Accommodation, airfare and a work visa are provided, along with 10 days of paid leave. The schedule is 150 working hours per month across six working days per week.
A university degree is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver individual and group tennis coaching sessions
• Develop tennis training programmes suited to players’ abilities and goals
• Teach tennis technique, tactics and match play
• Assess player progress and adjust training programmes based on performance and regular feedback
• Support the development of the new tennis programme in Taiyuan
• Maintain a safe and professional coaching environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• University degree — mandatory
• Previous tennis coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Ability to plan and deliver effective tennis training sessions
• Good communication and coaching skills
• Willingness to relocate to Taiyuan City, China
• Availability to work six days per week, totalling 150 hours per month
