World Pro Coach is recruiting experienced Tennis Coaches for a professional tennis academy in Wuhan, China.

The successful candidates will deliver professional individual and group training sessions, support player development and maintain high coaching standards on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and deliver professional individual and group tennis sessions.
  2. Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities.
  3. Create structured training programmes based on each player’s age, level and objectives.
  4. Monitor player development and provide regular performance feedback.
  5. Prepare players for matches, competitions and academy assessments.
  6. Conduct playing-level evaluations for new and existing players.
  7. Maintain a professional, positive and disciplined training environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with players, parents, academy management and other coaches.
  9. Participate in academy programmes, camps, events and promotional activities when required.
  10. Maintain professional standards and represent the academy responsibly.
  11. Complete a monthly workload of 150 working hours.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Languages: English
  1. Professional tennis coaching experience.
  2. Strong playing and hitting ability.
  3. Good technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis.
  4. Ability to coach individual players and groups of different ages and levels.
  5. Recognised tennis coaching qualifications are considered an advantage.
  6. Professional-level English communication skills.
  7. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Professional, responsible, energetic and highly motivated.
  9. Ability to adapt to an international working environment.
  10. Willingness to work six days per week.
  11. Eligibility to obtain a Chinese Z work visa under applicable immigration and employment requirements.
