Position Overview The Tennis Director is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and daily management of the tennis programme. The role combines technical tennis expertise, staff management, programme development, customer service, and commercial responsibility. The Tennis Director will ensure that all tennis activities are delivered according to high professional standards while supporting the growth, reputation, and financial performance of the club or academy. Key Responsibilities 1. Tennis Programme Management Develop and manage the club’s overall tennis programme. Create programmes for beginners, recreational players, juniors, adults, and competitive players. Establish clear player-development pathways from beginner to high-performance level. Design annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly training schedules. Ensure that all programmes follow the club’s coaching philosophy and quality standards. Monitor participation levels and adjust programmes according to demand. Organise private lessons, group sessions, team training, camps, clinics, and special events.
