An international opportunity is available for a Tennis Fitness and Strength & Conditioning Coach in Tripoli, Lebanon.
The selected coach will work with junior tennis players aged 10–16, designing and delivering age-appropriate fitness, athletic development and injury-prevention programmes that support their tennis performance.
This full-time tennis fitness coaching job offers a monthly salary of USD 2,500. Accommodation, flight tickets, health insurance, professional work outfits, an employment visa and local transportation are provided. The position includes a one-year employment contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver fitness and strength and conditioning sessions for tennis players aged 10–16
• Develop age-appropriate programmes for strength, speed, agility, coordination and endurance
• Improve players’ movement, balance and physical performance on the tennis court
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor player development
• Adjust training programmes based on individual needs and progress
• Implement injury-prevention, mobility and recovery exercises
• Work closely with tennis coaches to support player development
• Maintain a safe, professional and motivating training environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Professional qualification in fitness, strength and conditioning or sports performance
• Previous experience working with junior athletes
• Experience in tennis-specific fitness and physical development is preferred
• Strong knowledge of youth athletic development and injury prevention
• Ability to work effectively with players aged 10–16
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Good command of English
• Professional, responsible and reliable approach
• Willingness to relocate to Tripoli, Lebanon
• Availability to sign a one-year employment contract
