World Pro Coach is seeking an experienced Development Tennis Coach for an international tennis coaching job in Guangzhou, China. The ideal candidate should have proven experience coaching and developing U10 and U12 junior tennis players, with strong knowledge of technical development, movement, match play, and age-appropriate training programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior tennis coach looking to develop young competitive players within a professional tennis academy environment in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured tennis sessions
- Teach technical fundamentals and movement skills.
- Develop players’ coordination, balance, agility and ball-control skills.
- Create a safe, positive and enjoyable learning environment.
- Evaluate player development and monitor individual progress.
- Provide professional feedback and encouragement to players.
- Communicate effectively with academy staff.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization and player safety.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years
- Languages: English
- Level: Must have ITF or above standard.
- Work experience: Must have sufficient U10 level coaching experience.
- Bachelor Degree or higher education
