An international Tennis Coach opportunity is available at a tennis club in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, China, Asia.
The organisation operates 15 locations with more than 40 tennis courts and 2,000 members. The selected coach will deliver individual and group tennis lessons and support player development within its coaching programmes.
The position offers a monthly salary of RMB 20,000–35,000 after tax, based on the candidate’s skills and coaching performance. Exceptional candidates may negotiate their salary during the interview.
The employment package includes fully paid accommodation, a paid Chinese work visa, one paid round-trip flight ticket and 10 days of paid leave.
Candidates with professional tennis training backgrounds and youth team coaching experience will receive priority.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver individual and group tennis coaching sessions
• Develop training programmes suited to players’ abilities and goals
• Teach tennis technique, tactics, movement and match play
• Support the development of junior players and youth teams
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with the coaching team
• Maintain a safe, positive and professional training environment
Requirements
• Tennis coaching experience and strong knowledge of player development
• Professional tennis training background preferred
• Youth team coaching experience preferred
• Ability to deliver effective individual and group tennis sessions
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Professional, responsible and reliable approach
• Ability to coach and communicate in English
• Willingness to relocate to Zhuhai, Guangdong, China
