An exclusive international opportunity is available for an ATP Level High Performance Tennis Coach in Hong Kong, Asia.
The selected coach will work closely with two junior ITF players based in Hong Kong and take responsibility for their complete tennis development and daily support. This includes planning and delivering high-performance training, monitoring their progress, managing tournament preparation and overseeing their training schedules and routines.
The position offers a monthly salary of €10,000 before tax, a fully paid employment visa, one paid round-trip flight ticket, 7 days of paid leave and public holidays off (15 days off). The position includes 150 working hours per month.
A high current or former ATP ranking is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver personalised high-performance training for two junior ITF players
• Manage the players’ complete technical, tactical, physical and match-play development
• Create individual short-term and long-term development programmes
• Monitor performance and adjust training plans based on regular assessments
• Plan tournament preparation, competition schedules and recovery periods
• Analyse matches and provide detailed performance feedback
• Oversee the players’ daily training schedules, routines and professional development
• Provide consistent day-to-day guidance and support
• Coordinate with fitness coaches, physiotherapists and other support professionals when required
• Maintain a disciplined, professional and performance-focused environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• High current or former ATP ranking — mandatory
• Professional tennis playing background
• Proven experience as a High Performance Tennis Coach
• Experience coaching junior ITF players
• Advanced knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and tournament preparation
• Ability to manage the complete development of competitive junior players
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Professional, responsible and highly reliable approach
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong
