An international opportunity is available for a Junior High Performance Tennis Coach in Shanghai, China, Asia.
The selected coach will support the delivery of high-performance tennis programmes and work with competitive players on their technical, tactical, physical and match-play development.
This junior tennis coaching job offers a monthly salary of €3,000–€3,500 after tax, fully paid accommodation, one paid round-trip flight ticket and 10 days of paid leave. The position includes 150 working hours per month.
Candidates must hold recognised tennis coaching certifications and have obtained their university degree at least two years ago.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver individual and group tennis training sessions
• Support the delivery of high-performance programmes for competitive players
• Provide technical, tactical, physical and match-play coaching
• Monitor player performance and provide regular feedback
• Adjust training programmes based on player progress and assessments
• Assist with tournament preparation and competitive match play
• Work closely with senior coaches and other members of the coaching team
• Maintain a disciplined, positive and professional training environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• University degree obtained at least two years ago — mandatory
• Recognised tennis coaching certifications — mandatory
• Previous tennis coaching experience
• Experience working in a high-performance tennis environment
• Strong knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and player development
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Professional, responsible and willing to learn
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Shanghai, China
