An international opportunity is available for an ATP Level Senior High Performance Tennis Coach in Shanghai, China, Asia.
The selected coach will lead high-performance tennis programmes and work with competitive players on their technical, tactical, physical and match-play development.
This senior tennis coaching job offers a monthly salary of €5,000 after tax, fully paid accommodation, one paid round-trip flight ticket and 10 days of paid leave. The position includes 150 working hours per month.
Candidates must have previously earned ATP ranking points, hold recognised tennis coaching certifications and have obtained their university degree at least two years ago.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver advanced individual and group tennis training sessions
• Develop high-performance programmes for competitive players
• Provide advanced technical, tactical, physical and match-play coaching
• Assess player performance and adjust training programmes based on regular evaluations
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches
• Lead and monitor players’ long-term development
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and management
• Maintain a disciplined, professional and performance-focused training environment
Requirements
- Languages: English
• Previous ATP ranking points — mandatory
• University degree obtained at least two years ago — mandatory
• Recognised tennis coaching certifications — mandatory
• Proven high-performance tennis coaching experience
• Professional competitive playing background
• Experience developing and preparing competitive players
• Advanced knowledge of tennis technique, tactics and tournament preparation
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Shanghai, China
